FAQ’S

1. What is Sip Sip Frosé? Sip Sip Frosé is a luxe mobile frozen drink bar elevating the guest experience at your next event.    

2. Where are you located? Cincinnati, Ohio

3. What areas do you service? We are currently licensed in the state of Ohio. Serving the greater Cincinnati area. At this time we are not licensed to operate in the state of Kentucky & Indiana.

4. Will you travel? Transportation is free within 50 miles of our location. After 50 miles, there is a base fee of $30.00 plus 58 cents per mile driven round trip.

5. How do I book with Sip Sip Frosé? To secure your date visit our packages page on our website to start the booking process. We do require a 50% deposit along with a signed contract via HoneyBook. The remaining balance is due within thirty (30) days of your event date but can be paid at any time. We accept payment via HoneyBook, PayPal, Square, or Venmo. All payments incur a 3.5% processing fee. 

6. My event date has changed. Can I reschedule my event? Yes, there is a one time rescheduling fee of $200.

7. What is your Event Cancellation Policy? If you request a cancellation of your contract 90 days or more before the event, you shall receive a full refund. If you request a cancellation after 90 days to 30 days before the event, (50%) of the contract total will be owed to Sip Sip Frosé. After 30 days in advance of the event, Sip Sip Frosé shall be entitled to (100%) of the contract total. 

8. How big is the Frosé cart? This Frose cart is 6ft 6 inches tall x 4ft wide x 1.5 ft deep. We do ask that you ensure your venue space is accessible so that the cart can fit where you would like it and that power is within 25-50 feet of our station. if we can’t fit we are not responsible for measurements that are not correct.

9. Can the Frosé cart go indoors? Yes, the cart can go indoors or outdoors. We will need to know of any access limitations such as steps or slopes. An elevator or access ramp is preferable. May require location scouting before booking. 

10. How many cups can the Frosé machine serve? Our Frosé machine serves 125 cocktails/8oz. servings. You can request 4oz cups for more servings.

11. What is your rain/weather policy? A little rain won’t stop anybody. Our rain/weather policy is rain or shine. We can move the cart to an indoor location or under an awning. 

12. Can I rent separately the bar cart or the slushy machine? This option will be available soon. Contact us for further details.

14. Do you provide the alcohol? Due to Ohio Liquor laws, we do not provide alcohol. Alcohol must be provided by you or the venue. We will provide you with an alcohol recommendation guide and an exact amount of liquor needed to curate your cocktails. Alcohol costs vary depending on the number of guests and the brands you choose. We mix the alcohol and our signature flavor mixes in our frosé machine prior to the start of the event.

15. Can we try the drinks before our event? Unfortunately, at this time we don't offer this option but rest assured, our team of experts will do their best to bring your custom cocktails to life!

17. Is set-up/breakdown included in your pricing? Yes, setup, styling, and breakdown are included in the pricing.

18. What do you need to set up the cart?
  • Access to event space 2 hours before set up and 1 hour after for breakdown.
  • Requires access to power/sink if possible.
  • Requires full cover from wet weather.
  • Electricity– a dedicated standard outlet.  The Frose machine is 1600 watts. Place the machine as close to the outlet as possible (we have 50ft of extension cords if needed). 
  • Alcohol must be cold before adding it to the machine. *We recommend having alcohol refrigerated 24 hours before the event and having it ice cold (not frozen) before our arrival. The colder the alcohol, the quicker the freezing time and the sooner the event begins.
19. What if there are leftover cocktails/mocktails? We'll pack the remaining drinks in a container that you can freeze, and we'll provide you with all the leftover garnishes.
20. I have an event venue with a bar service, but I want to offer Sip Sip Frosé as an additional service. How can I do this? You will need to contact the venue coordinator to get approval in writing and connect us with the venue coordinator with their contact information.
21. Will my guests need to have an ID to order alcohol? Our policy is that anyone may be asked to present identification to confirm their legal drinking age when requesting alcohol. Carding of guests is at the discretion of Sip Sip Frosé staff. We highly recommend you alert your guests ahead of time of this policy so they know to have their ID handy.

22. What are your hours of operation? Sip Sip Frosé’s hours of operation are 11 am-11 pm. Saturday and Sunday. Our packages include a 2 or 3-hour service in the price, with the option of adding additional hours of service if needed (see Add Ons here). For special events or a specific date that is not available please email us and we will see if we can accommodate.

23. Are your bartenders certified in alcohol server training? All bar cart attendance are required to go through proper alcohol server training and are not permitted to consume alcohol during their shift.

24. Are gratuities included in my package price? Gratuities are not included in your package price. It is up to the discretion of the client if they would like to tip.

25. What Covid Safety Precautions do you take?  At Sip Sip Frosé, we are proud to say that hygiene has always been a key priority and we go above and beyond to ensure the health and safety of our clients. We will continue to carry out these best practices and implement additional recommendations from the Ohio Department of HealthBy working together, we can stay safe.
